I've received some special treasures in the mail lately. First, I won a Jewelry Affaire magazine from Petite Michelle Louise. What is so special about the magazine is that Michelle's silverware bracelets are featured in it. In celebration of her work being in the magazine she drew names for a copy of the magazine and mine was drawn! You can click here to see more about her beautiful bracelets.
The magazine was delightfully wrapped when it arrived in the mail.
This is the second treasure I won from Michelle this year. I shared with you how lucky I was to win one of her inspiration holders at the Grow Your Blog party here.
Then I won a pincushion from Christine Barker of Scarlet Calliope. She was celebrating her 125th post. I met Christine at An Affair at Downton in May. She was one of the amazing artists that I met there. She recently had a fabulous booth at a flea market - you can go here to check it out.
Then I won $100 when my name was drawn from the pool of volunteers that helped with the 4th of July festivities in my hometown here.
I thought that all good things happened in threes which was fine with me until I received an unexpected package in the mail. It was from Tammy of T's Daily Treasures. She sent it just because which was very sweet and thoughtful.
Tammy participates in stashbusting which means she uses her leftover yarn scraps to crochet small things. She crocheted this lovely doily and butterflies from her stash of leftover yarn. On her blog you will find a link to the doily crochet pattern here.
