Midwest Beach Table

This is what happens when I stop at World Market to browse. I wanted to join in on the beach tablescaping and fell in love with this.

Lobsters, starfish, colors.

How could I pass up this serving dish?

And this piece and the knife and spoon?

Our son gave me this candle holder as a gift one year and I just love it.

This pewter pitcher is special to me because I found it while we were building our home. It just brings back those exciting memories of building the house. And Dan has to have his pepper grinder.

I added Sketchedy to my PicMonkey pictures.

Thanks for stopping by. I am having fun making tablescapes while I am on vacation. Do you have a beach tablescape?

  1. Miss Muffy is a true beach beauty! Wonderful serving pieces -- I too love coral.

  2. I love this! I saw those plates etc on the WM website! Very cool! I don't have A WM, but have ordered from them on line.
Your bear is adorable, bikini and all! No, I never had an embroidered beach towel. Our beach towels were the ones getting ready for the rag bag! :)
Thanks for linking to Let's Dish.

  3. World Market is SUCH a fun place, and you found some really cool things there! My husband and I were there the other day browsing, and he had to pull me out of the store!!! They've really outdone themselves this summer with the fun stuff!!! You have put together a wonderful table with your new finds and beloved treasures. The pewter pitcher is perfect with this setting! Muffy looks like she's ready to come in off the beach and have a bite. She's cute. Enjoy your new "toys" and have a great weekend!

  4. ♥♥♥ your table...the coral handled pieces are fabulous as are the plates.

  5. Hey this post reminded me I bought some paint that goes on plates and you put it in the oven. I think I should make something outdoorsy for dining on the patio. Adding that to my list. Has to be simple if I'm painting but a star fish maybe?
