Waterless snowglobes are so simple to make and you get immediate satisfaction.
I found these animals last year. I used empty salsa jars, cleaned them up and spray painted the lids white. I glued the animals and trees down inside the lids, added fake snow to the bottles and screwed the lids onto the bottles.
During the holidays Anthropologie is a good place to get ideas for making waterless snow globes.
Sweet Somethings Designs has a great tutorial on how to make them.
My new snow globes coordinate with the one I made last year.
Which kind of snow globes do you prefer: water or waterless?
