I mentioned here that I was participating in Beth and Angie's Favorite Color Swap. My swapping partner was Carol of Art and Sand. I already knew Carol and was so excited to be working with her. With my favorite color being green, this is what she sent to me: all kinds of green goodies in a green polka dotted box! When I opened the box, I was greeted with a wonderful fragrance from the soap.
She knew I love tassels, kaleidoscopes, owls, and family, including my little grandson, Jax. Love the sweet tag with his initials on it. The rose hook, green scissors and envelope are just so neat.
I look forward to showing Jax his kaleidoscope someday. Since I live near cornfields, she even slipped in some sand dollars from her walks on the beach - she says they are green too.
I'm not sure if she made this cheerful heart but it sure is adorable. And I love the napkins and souffle cup. Carol likes dots and I do too!
This little owl on a clip reminds me of Jax.
I carry my box of green treasures around like a child. I'm excited about it!

ReplyDeleteSwaps are so much fun..both for the giver and the receiver! I know that particular Verbena soap and it's one of my favorites! So many goodies... it's impossible to pick out a favorite! So very sweet of you to post her package to you. I know that made her smile!
