I had wondered how to make these birds nest pendants when I would see them in shops. Finally, I decided to research how to make them and discovered a very clever design. As you can see, I couldn't make just one! I used up all the wire in the package.
The 26G Beadalon wire came from Michaels. Each nest requires 5 feet of wire, so the package which came in a 65 foot length yielded 13 pendants. I used this great video for directions. Each one is unique. For me, the messier they are, the more I like 'em.
I put one on my dress form for continued inspiration. I could also see them tied to a gift box for decoration.
They're great for spring. Have you made one yet? If not, they are really fun and easy to make!
