Since I have collected so many wonderful buttons by now, I've been trying to figure out how to make a button bouquet so I could enjoy seeing them more in my creative space.
I decided that I needed some repetition of buttons in my bouquet.
I wrapped each stem individually with floral tape and attached them together again with the tape so I could easily arrange them in the vase.
When Ashleigh was over the other day, she said she loved what I have done with this area in my creative space. That meant so much to me!
Have you made a button bouquet?

Patty, Love your bouquets and the baby shoes too. LOL So sweet. xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteNo I haven't ever tried, but I have a lovely collection of buttons that would suit such a pretty arrangement. It will go on my 'someday' list.
ReplyDeleteYou did good - Pretty!
ReplyDeleteNo, have never made one myself. My "to do" list is already so long I hesitate to add anything else. LOL
Enjoy your evening.
I have a collection of buttons in a box somewhere but I just can't find them.

Your creative space is gorgeous! I keep trying to see everything on the shelves! And I love this idea but haven't tried to make any. I'm catching up tonight and wanted to say how sweet your doll house pretties are, too! Sweet hugs, Diane

ReplyDeleteHello from Spain: you are very creative. Great bunch of buttons. Very trendy. Keep in touch
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of repetition in your button bouquets.
ReplyDeleteAnd that reminds me that I haven't sent off your package. I will try to get to it today, but the sun is shining and calling me to the garden.
Nice idea. Reminds me of a friend whose daughter used vintage broaches to make a bouquet for her wedding in England a couple of years ago. Kathy spent a year or so collecting broaches from antique shops and flea markets wherever she traveled in the world. Pretty cool! Have a great week. Tammy
ReplyDeleteI love it. What a great idea. No, I have not made a button bouquet, but I will after seeing how fun yours is.

Hello Patty,
ReplyDeleteI saw your blog on Nana Diana's blog. What a clever idea this button bouquet is. I love the last picture with all the vintage goodies, as I love vintage stuff myself. You have many creative ideas on here, and your pictures are soft and pretty. Me and my daughters also have a blog, and we would love it if you could visit us and follow. It's so nice to meet new friends, especially from different states. I hope to hear from you, and have a sweet day.
