We had an unexpected treat last Friday evening. Ashleigh invited us to watch her sing at the Art Bank. We didn't know it was going to be held outdoors and that there would be a tent with a whole line up of entertainment planned.
Here she is inside sporting her new haircut before the show.
She revamped her art on the wall a little bit.
There was a pie stand outside. Oh my, the homemade blueberry and apple crisp pies were absolutely delicious! Those were the two we tried. There were so many to choose from. We are still talking about them.
These other acts after Ashleigh's were really good. We were impressed with the talent of the music performers.
It was such a fun evening sitting outside downtown, enjoying the crisp air and music with so many nice, talented people.
Wow! Ashleigh is a Renaissance Girl! :D How much fun. PLUS a pie stand! I know you must be so proud of her as you should be!
ReplyDeleteWe're just sitting here watching it rain at the lake, so I thought I'd take the time to visit a few of my favorite blogs!

Well I must say Ashleigh is a girl of many talents I remember a video you put on here with her singing I believe, it was so good. I just clicked on her portfolio and seen her charcoal drawings they are incredible. Way to go Ashleigh.
ReplyDeleteI would have loved this show with the music the art and of course the pie. B
Outdoor singing is always the best, those pies do look good and The Art Bank looks like a interesting place.

ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful event! And Ashleigh is MULTI-talented. You must be so proud of her! I love the combo of art and music. And anything that includes pie--well, that just makes it a little better. :-)
