(One) I suppose I can put these little snowmen figurines that have been sitting on my kitchen window sill away now. I hesitated to put them away with the other Christmas decorations awhile ago because it was such a crazy snowy winter. I do believe spring is on its way now.

Dan, me, Danny & Ashleigh in snowmen form - good-bye until next year! |
(Two)
Now I want to make macaron cards and tags.
(Three)
Dan is a great traveling companion.
(Four)
Ashleigh sent me a text the other day saying that she ran into a student I was a school nurse for many years ago. She told Ash that I helped her while she had a tough upbringing. Made me feel so good!
(Five)
And finally, I attended an Indy Social Media Moms blogger meeting (a local blog support group) at the Children's Museum of Indianapolis last week. I hadn't been there for awhile and had a blast checking out the exhibits quickly by myself after meeting other great bloggers in my area. I am preparing a blog post about it now, but in the meantime, here's a peek of the friendly dancing raccoon that greeted us when we arrived.
How about you? What's on your happy list this week?

Patty, I notice the snowman that is you...has the shovel..:):) It snowed here today, covered the ground and has melted away now. I know when your daughter told about the nice thing someone said it made you feel good. People need to do that more. Blessings, xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteI love your snowmen and love how you named them. I am happy you had a great time in Chicago and you always find interesting things. How wonderful to know you helped a child along the way. You are such a sweet and good person Patty!
ReplyDeleteYou've had a busy and fun week! The tags and cards will be fun to make and give you memories of your trip. And hopefully the snow is over, too....snowmen can 'rest' until next winter! Have a good weekend!
ReplyDeleteI love your fun things...but am sorry you didn't get a single macroon!!! Those are so cute...and so is your traveling companion. Hubby and I travel well together, too. That's a plus, believe me. I know plenty of couples that don't travel well together- xo Diana
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful little boxes. How wonderful!
ReplyDeleteHello from Spain: Meeting bloggers is always fun. Pretty snowmen. In my country still raining and cold. You're a very good person. It is very gratifying to be told someone you cared. I also love to travel with my husband. Keep in touch
ReplyDeleteGreat list, but number four is so very special! It made me happy reading it.
ReplyDeleteI might try to bake some macarons this week. They are gluten-free! :D
Hi Patty! ooh love those trinket boxes... look like they definitely worth a little extra carrying around ;)
ReplyDeleteHave a great week ;)
